Chillzee Recipes - Tomato cheese pulao

INGREDIENTS

Basmathi rice - 2 cups

tomato - 1/4 kilo

onion - 2

garlic - few pieces

cheese - 100 gms

ghee - 2 spoons

oil - 3 spoons

ginger - small piece

jeera - 1/2 spoon

green chilli - 10

cardamom - 4

cinnamon - 2

bay leaf - 1

clove - 4

PROCEDURE

Grind garlic, jeera and ginger together and make it into a paste.

Chop onion and green chillies

Boil the tomatoes, peel the skin and extract tomato juice, and make it into 3 1/2 tumblers by adding water to it.

Grate the cheese.

Now add oil to a pan  fry bay leaf, cinnamon, clove and cardamom.

Now add onion, and green chillies and fry them till the onion turns golden brown.

Add the rice to it fry it along with, ginger- garlic paste and salt.

Now add the tomato juice to it and pressure cook it for two or three whistles.

Finally garnish it with roasted cashew, grated cheese, pudina leaves, add little ghee and serve.
