Chillzee Recipes - Pineapple Payasam
Ingredients
Pineapple - 3 pieces
Boiled milk or coconut milk - 2 cups
sugar - 1 cup
chopped cashews, raisns and cardamom powder
Procedure
Pressure cook the pineapple pieces in a cooker. After two whistles, reduce the flame and cook for five minutes,
Open the cooker and lightly mash to form an uniform mixture
Add sugar and allow it to dissolve by stirring the mixture in a low flame
Now add milk or coconut milk and cook in a medium flame for one minute.
Add roasted cashews, raisns and cardamom powder and remove it from flame.
Your Pineapple payasam is ready
