Curd Idli - Vathsala
1. Cut the left over idlies into small pieces and fry it till they become light brown. Do nor fry it too much.
2. Beat the curd and garnish it with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
3. Grind a little, coconut, few cashews and two or thee chillies and add it to the curd.
4. add a pinch of salt to the curd and keep it aside.
5. Add idlies to the curd just few minutes before serving.
