Sometimes, you may have to cook in a hurry (for example, an unexpected guest arrives). It will be very helpful to everyone if we can compile all the quick cooking recipes in a single place.

Anyone can share their ‘quick’ cooking recipes. Known, familiar and all kinds of recipes are welcome smile

kaara chutney

We can prepare this easy Kaara chutney in 5 mins. It is a very good combination for idly and dosai.

 

Ingredients: (For 2 members)

3 Medium size onions (Cut onions into 4 to 6 pieces, not required to chop as we are going to grind.

4-5 cloves of garlic

Red chili powder – 2 table spoon

Salt – As required

Oil – Around 50ml

Method:

1. Put onions, garlic, chili powder and salt in mixie. Grind it until it becomes smooth paste can add little water if you want. (Don’t add more, it changes the taste)

2. Transfer the dish to a bowl. Add some mustard. (Do not mix it)

3. Heat oil in small kadai, once oil gets heated pour oil upon the dish and mix it.

4. Kara chutney is ready…………..
