Cooking Tips

1. While preparing dosai, if the batter (doasai maavu) gets stuck to the tawa and doesn’t come off, take little tamarind and roll it in a clean cloth, dip it in oil, and then rub it in the tawa before pouring the batter. Now you should get tasty, crispy and easily removable dosais!

2. By mistake did you add more salt to your dish? Don’t worry, take a potato, cut it into cubes and add it to the dish. Potato can absorb salt and hence will reduce the extra salt!
