Partial sit-up

1. Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor, and arms at your sides.
2. While holding this position, curl your head and shoulders and arms up and forward until your shoulder blades are off the floor.
(Don’t lead with your chin - keep it tucked in.)
3. Hold briefly.
4. Return slowly to the starting position.
