Triangle triceps Push up

1. Start by kneeling down.

2. Press your forefingers and thumbs together to make a triangle.

3. Place hands face down on mat with wrists under shoulders, then step feet back, coming into a plank position.

4. Slowly lower body halfway down to the floor.

5. Push back to step 3

6. Do 10 repetitions every other day, working up to 30.
