Nowadays, Belly fat is very common.

Belly fat is a very different type of fat that gets accumulated inside the abdomen. It is not easy to reduce belly fat just by reducing calories in-take and / or extending the work-outs in gym.

So what is this belly fat?

Belly fat is produced by human body as a response to stress.

To understand belly fat, we can think of it as a 'store room'. Whenever we take more calories than required, our body stores that excess energy in anticipation of 'possible' shortage of food, rather than just burning them out.

Our body chooses parts like hips, thighs, belly etc. to store this extra energy.

 

So what's the reason for the belly fat?

Common reasons:

Eating too much junk food and sugary food & beverages

Zero or minimal physical activities

Stress, Work pressure, Worries etc.

 

Dangers of Belly fat

It's important that you start taking measures to reduce your belly fat as soon as you see your waistline expanding.

Belly fat is closely associated with many health problems like heart disease, diabetes, cholesterol problems etc.

It's good to get rid of them as soon as possible.

 

Common misconceptions

Only overweight people will have belly fat

Ofcourse not!

It's hard to get rid of belly fat!

No never have this negative thought in your mind.

Belly fat and increase in waist size are common symptoms of ageing.

No it is not. In general women should have a waist size less than 35 inches while for men it is 40 inches.

Please remove these type of mental barriers from your mind!
