Lemon is a nature’s boon to keep our body in good shape.

It’s good to drink lemon juice early in the morning.

Benefits of Lemon:

1. Lemon has countless number of nutrients. It is good for almost all the parts of our body.

2. Lemon helps to prevent diabetes in human beings.

3. It also helps to secrete the bile acid which is critical for digestion.

4. Since lemon is rich in vitamins and Inorganic nutrients, it helps to eliminate toxins in the digestive system

5. Pectin, a fiber present in lemon reduces hunger and hence helps to reduce weight.

6. Lemon helps to produce new blood cells by expelling the toxins in the blood

7. Vitamins in lemon increases the immunity power and thus helps to reduce the impact of diseases

8. The potassium present in the lemon helps to keep the nervous system healthy and to keep the blood pressure under control

9. Lemon helps to expel the toxins in the body through the urine and thus helps the kidneys to function healthy

10. Drink lemon juice mixed with one cup lukewarm water and honey in an empty stomach.
