Sithilikarana Vyayama
Sithilikarana Vyayama as the name indicates are loosening exercises performed normally with speed and repetitions. These exercises are meant to achieve good physique by proper training of mainly the muscles and the spine. They not only help in performing the asanas better by loosening the joints for patients of different ailments, but they also help in building up stamina and tolerance.

Sithilikarana Vyayama - 2. Forward - Backward bending
- Stand erect and keep the feet slightly apart.
- Bend forward, without bending the knees and stretch the hands forward.
- Now move your hands backward in between the legs.
- Repeat this for five times.
- Now come back to the starting the position and bend your back slightly with hands stretched upwards.
- Bend down moving your hands in between your legs.
- Again come up inhaling and bending your back backwards with hands stretched upwards.
- Repeat this for ten times.
