Australian captain Michael Clarke is all set to debut in the cash rich IPL for Pune Warriors team. It's rumored that Sahara has offered him a staggering $1 million for joining their team.
Delhi Daredevils have acquired Ross Taylor from Rajasthan Royals. It's a surprise move considering the strength of the Rajasthan team. Kevin Pieterson, the stylish England batsman was also acquired by Delhi recently from Hyderabad.
Mumbai Indians have signed Richard Levi, the South Africa batsman who recently hit the fastest Twenty20 international hundred. He will be the replacement for allrounder Andrew Symonds in the Mumbai team.
Levi, who went unsold in the IPL player auction on February 4, had been contacted by various IPL franchises following his record-breaking century in the Twenty20 international against New Zealand recently.
It should be noted that, Symonds, the former Australia allrounder, retired from professional cricket, citing family reasons, earlier this month.

- Shreevats Goswami has moved to Rajasthan from Kolkatta team.
Pune:
- Ashok Dinda and James Hopes has moved from Delhi Daredevils to Pune Warriors India.
Bangalore:
- Australian Andrew McDonald has moved to Royal Challengers Bangalore from Delhi Daredevils.
Mumbai:
- Spinner Pragyan Ojha has moved to Mumbai Indians from Deccan Chargers.
- Tamilnadu Ranji wicket-keeper and ex-captain Dinesh Karthik has moved to Mumbai Indians from Kings XI Punjab.
Punjab:
- Harmeet Singh has moved to Kings XI Punjab from Deccan Chargers.
- All rounder R Satish has moved to Kings XI Punjab from Mumbai Indians.

- Owais Shah will play for Rajasthan this year.

- Steven Smith, Luke Wright, Michael Clarke and Tamim Iqbal has also joined Pune team.

- Marlon Samuels will play for Pune Warriors India for the IPL season 2012.
- Sourav Ganguly will also stay with Pune Warriors but looks like he will be part of the coaching team.
Kolkatta:
- Indian players, Debabrata Das, Iresh Saxena, Sanju Samson and Chirag Jani have been added to Kolkatta team.
Mumbai:
- South African Richard Levi will play for Mumbai Indians this IPL. He will be included as a replacement player for Andrew Symonds.
Bangalore:
- Chris Gayle who played as a replacement player last year for Royal Challengers Bangalore, will stay with RCB for the season 2012-13
- Syed Mohammad is reatained by Royal Challengers Bangalore for the season 2012.
- KP Appanna, Karun Nair, S Thiagarajan, Vijay Zol and Harshal Patel will play for Royal Challengers Bangalore for the IPL season 2012.
Delhi:
- Gulam Bodi and Glenn Maxwell will play for Delhi.
- Pawan Negi, Manprit Juneja and Kuldeep Raval will play for Delhi Daredevils for the IPL season 2012.
Punjab:
- David Miller is retained by Kings XI Punjab for the IPL season 2012-13.
- Parvinder Awana and Gurkeerat Singh have joined the Punjab team
Hyderabad:
- TP Sudhindra, Tanmay Mishra (Indian origin Kenyan and hence bought as a local Indian player), Biplab Samantray, Tanmay Srivastava, Akshath Reddy will play for Deccan Chargers for IPL 2012.
