Sometimes, she would feel as if she was going insane with his memories. Still, each and every time she would identify a diversion to get herself composed.
Nowadays, every weekend, Subha had made it a habit to visit Bharath and Suji. But this weekend, Bharath and Sujatha had traveled south to volunteer for a blood drive organized by a Non-Government Organization (NGO).
So, she must spend two full days all on her own!
Subha debated on going out for shopping, but then she finally decided to continue her project.
She herself could feel that her life had become very dull. Instead of diving deep into that thought, Subha forced herself to concentrate on her project.
She had almost succeeded when her mobile phone started ringing out of the blue.
She picked it up and said, “Hello!”.
“Subha, Subha!” Subha could easily identify Sujatha’s voice, but the tension in Suji’s tone confused Subha.
“Suji, are you OK?” Subha asked with concern.
“Listen to me, Subha. Here in the blood drive, there’s a person whose blood group is RH Null.”
“Suji???”
“Yes, yes Subha. Hear me! This guy is in his twenties. He is healthy and active. He has never donated blood before, and that’s why his name hasn’t appeared on the RH Null list.”
