“Yes, Subha. I asked a couple of doctors, and both confirmed his blood group. I spoke to this guy. His name is Ashokan. I have given him a little outline of Bavi’s problem. He has agreed to help. Can you please talk to Baskar or his parents? If they could talk to Ashokan directly, it would be nice.”

Subha immediately called Baskar.
“Subha?” asked Baskar’s voice with mild hesitation and anticipation!
“Baskar, my friend Suji has come across a person who has a RH Null blood group. The good news is this guy is in his twenties and from what I hear he is healthy. I will send you Sujatha’s number. Can you talk to him immediately? This might be the lead you all have been waiting for Bavi.”
Baskar was speechless!
He couldn’t even move his lips to say thanks!
Subha was first confused by his silence, but then she realized how massive this news would be for Baskar.
But she also knew there was no time to wait!
“Baskar, it is important that we act swiftly. Please immediately call this Ashokan and talk to him. Help him understand there is no risk from his side. Once you can explain it well, I am sure he will help Bavi.”
