From my desk - June 14 - Edition 02
Dear friends,
Hope you all had a great time in May. It's June! Back to school / college time! Time to have more fun!
It's too good to talk to you all after a long time. Just in case if you were wondering why I have gone missing for the past few days, here's the answer for you... I was stuck with "conjunctivitis" an eye inflammation :-( Slightly feeling better now but still have irritation in my eyes ... Ok forget about it!
I Believe, you all enjoyed the stories, poems, articles etc. in Chillzee last month and had awesome 'Chillzee' experience as always :-)
We are almost at the end of IPL season 7! It should come as a relief for some of you, I know :-)
A special appreciation to Ram and Raj (a.k.a cricChillz Team) for their excellent work!
I hope it's time to introduce them to all of you. Both Ram and Raj are 14 year old cricket enthusiasts from Chennai. They will be going to tenth standard this year. Few months back they offered to help us with the IPL updates. And there's no doubt that they did a superb job.
While there are 'n' number of big sites offering IPL updates, Chillzee also fared as a top site providing IPL stats. We had more than 10k hits continuously for 2 full weeks, which is absolutely awesome!
Thanks for the job well done guys! Now it's time for both of you to start concentrating on your studies. All the very best!
In May we also read the final episode of Bala's En Iniyavale! One of the all-time popular series @ Chillzee! Thank you very much Bala for the great series. Hope to see you back soon :-)

In June we will be reading the final episodes of Vatsala's Manathile oru paatu and Verenna vendum ulagathile! Thank you Vathsala for the awesome series. Let's hope Vathsala will write another series for all of us at Chillzee, fingers crossed ;-)
Also I would like to take this opportunity to invite new writers for contributing in our site in all sections like Stories, Sports, Spiritual, Health, Beauty, Poems, Entertainment, Career, Fun and Cooking!
We are working on a schedule to update every section in the site regularly... Soon you will be seeing the new schedule table also :-)

Last but not least a very SPECIAL thanks to Vazharmathi Karthikeyan, the author of Imaigalukkul and Kadalodu mugil piriyum! Though Vazhar is not very active at present in our site, she has supported us immensely in many ways... Just in case if you are not aware, Aruna (author of Karai othungum meengal) is Vazhar's aunt and Shanthi Arumugasamy who wrote some nice poems in May is Vazhar's mom! Vazhar introduced both of them to Chillzee. Thanks again Vazhar for your support!
Before I conclude I have a good news too! From June all* the serial story episodes will have a monetary benefit! All our current writers will receive a separate mail about the same :-) This is currently a trial & error process. If things go fine, the same will be extended to all other sections also. Let's be positive and believe that everything will go on fine :-)
