56 year old singer Madonna took a tumble while performing during Wednesday night's Brit Awards in London.

The singer was belting out "Living for Love" when the show didn't go as planned and she was yanked down a small flight of stairs.

As per the actual plan, one of the back up dancers was supposed to remove Madonna's cape, but obviously it didn't go as they planned!

If Madonna was in pain because of the tumble, she didn't show it, getting back to her feet and finishing the number. Carry on, indeed.

After the performance, Madonna posted in instagram that she's fine and the darn cape was just tied too tight.

Armani hooked me up! My beautiful cape was tied too tight! But nothing can stop me and love really lifted me up! Thanks for your good wishes! I'm fine! ??#livingforlove
