Back to Chest

  • Lie on your back with your knees bent, feet flat on the floor, and arms at your sides. 
  • Grasp your right knee and gently pull toward your right shoulder. 
  • Hold for five seconds. 
  • Return to the starting position and  repeat with the left leg. This is one repetition.
