Ardha Kati Chakrasana
- Stand straight. Look ahead and Press the heels and feet on the floor.
- Inhale and slowly stretch and raise your right arm above your head. Keep your arm close to your ear.
- Exhale slowly and bend to your left. Slide your left arm alongside your left leg. The right ear will touch the right upper arm.
- Stay in this position for 10 to 30 seconds. Breathe normally.
- Inhale and slowly come back to the normal position.
- Repeat the same on the other side.
- Practice this exercise for a minute.
