Ardha Kati Chakrasana

  • Stand straight. Look ahead and Press the heels and feet on the floor.
  • Inhale and slowly stretch and raise your right arm above your head. Keep your arm close to your ear.
  • Exhale slowly and bend to your left. Slide your left arm alongside your left leg. The right ear will touch the right upper arm.
  • Stay in this position for 10 to 30 seconds. Breathe normally.
  • Inhale and slowly come back to the normal position.
  • Repeat the same on the other side.
  • Practice this exercise for a minute.

  • Helps to clear blockages in the lungs and improve breathing.
  • Reduces fat in the abdomen region and tones the waist.
  • Also, helps to improve flexibility of hips.
