Story Summary:

Sumana, an orphan falls in luv wid Madhusoodanan who is a businessman. Madhu faces a huge loss because of his new idea. Sumana comforts him.

Meanwhile Madhu's mother Sarala meets Sumana and says that Madhu should marry a rich girl to compensate his new loss. She adds that it would be a shame in their society to introduce an orphan as their daughter-in-law. Sumana breaks down hearing this. She writes a letter to Madhu and leaves.

Madhu gets her letter and misunderstands that she left because of the loss. He gets infuriated and starts to divert his rage towards his work.

After 4 years Sarala meets Sumana, who is in a high position now. Sarala already has started to realise her mistake so she begs Sumana to marry her son. But she does not accept and flees from there. Sarala confesses her mistake to her son and asks him to get Sumana.
Madhu finds Sumana in Bangalore and scolds her instead of being sorry. He says he is going to marry someone and leaves from there. Sumana is dumbstruck and decides to explain herself.

But she gets Chennai only to find Madhu in an ICU because of an accident.

Whether Madhu makes it.. Can Sumana win him back.... Find it in novel!!
