She changed her dress and came out. He said come let’s sleep early, so that we can wake up early to get ready for the marriage.

He came back to her to the sofa and lifted her hand, she was shivering, he said ‘from tomorrow we are going to be husband and wife, when you had the trust to marry me, don’t you trust me for this. I can control myself and you can too, so why worry? I will honor your purity I give my word’ he said that and kissed her cheek and dragged her to the bedroom.
They went to their bed, the bed was small and they had to manage in that. She was towards the edge of the bed and he took more space and was casual. She did not sleep and she did not even turn his side.

Though she felt it was good to be on his hand but was scared of being that close to him. She had slept like a small child. He did not move even a little and were more careful, he thought she might wake up if he moves.
At six in the morning she woke up and she saw him hugging her and shocked to see his hand around. He said ‘good morning sweetheart’ and he kissed her on the cheek.
She got up and asked him ‘were you like this all night?’ He said ‘not all night but for two hours.’
‘Two hours you did not move at all?’ she asked and he said ‘I want you to sleep a bit and you felt secured in my hands, you were sleeping like a small child and I liked it’
She shed tears. He asked her why tears now. She said ‘you did not move your hands for me to sleep well.’ He said ‘you are my wife. The knot I am tying today is just for others. The moment I saw you, you were wife, even if you’d refused for our marriage I wouldn’t marry anyone but you.’
She was speechless.
He said ‘let’s go get ready first’
They went to the bathrooms in both the rooms.
Once she has finished her shower, she went to the kitchen and made coffee for them and she came out of kitchen, Barath came out from the room, she gave him the coffee. He took the coffee from her and eyed her. She was fresh after her shower.
She’d her coffee and he did his. They both got dressed up with her silk saree and his silk dhoti and white shirt.
When they came out they saw each other and they were stunned to see their dresses. She was very beautiful with her red silk saree and he was very attractive in his silk dhoti.
He went near her and took a box and took the necklace out of the box, which he bought for her and wore it on her neck and kissed her on the neck, she trembled by his kiss.
He put his hand on her shoulder and said ‘shall we move? ‘ she said ‘yes’ and moved.
He asked her do you have any expensive items in your bag?’ she looked at him and asked ‘why’. He said ‘I will have my people move the stuff to our apartment so that we don’t have to come back here again’
‘I’ve little gold and some amount.’ He asked her ‘is it ok to move with those things or take them and put them in your hand bag’
She took them and put them in to her hand bag. She checked the amount it was about five thousand rupees. She always used to have some amount for the emergency.
They came out locked the door, left to the parking. People walking out side were all looking at them and thought made for each other.
They sat in the car and went to the temple. Barath’s secretary selvam was there, he wished Barath and Barathi. Barath introduced him to Barathi. He asked him if everything was ready, and Selvam said everything is ready.
Barath friends arrived and so as Ramya. The priest of the temple told them to come near the idol and gave them the garland which was kept on the feet of the god and they exchanged it and the priest gave the holy yellow thread to tie knot. He took that from the priest and tied it on her neck and kissed her forehead. Barathi shed tears and he wiped it. Ramya stood very close to her and hugged her and wished both of them, so as his friends wished them and they came around the temple and went to registrar office to register their marriage. There, they signed the papers and the arrangement to transfer Barath’s apartment on Barathi’s name was also done. She did not know that they took her signature to transfer the apartment on her name.
After everything they all went to the hotel, the table was already booked and had the lunch, talking and teasing Barath and Barathi.
They all finished their lunch and came out and took off from the newly wedded couple.
