Career Tips

Introduction

Now in this competitive world people should face so many different and difficult situations to get a better life. The younger generations are so keen to get a good job in a good concern. But due to lack of few important qualities some people are supposed to lose their opportunity. Few are ready to work anywhere any kind of job. They are not ready to think about their qualities and not ready to search for their qualifications. An engineering graduate ready to work in a call center. Why? He needs a job. He is not ready to think why he was not able to get a job that suits his qualification. Not ready to analyze what he lacks from others who work there.

World is wide and opportunities are more. So we people should come and check which suits us.

Fact

Whenever we are not able to get placed in a reputed organization we used to blame the schools and colleges where we studied. If we are not able to communicate with other people through English we used to say I came from a school where they don’t give importance for English. That’s why was not able to speak well. It’s not true. Where we learnt is not important how we learnt is more important. One thing we need to accept is the syllabus which we learnt in our schools and universities will help us to apply only 50% in our job. The rest we get from the other sources which we learn apart from our book.

How to get placed?

In order to get placed in a concern we should know about

KYS formula.

KYS it is nothing but Know Your Self
