If Tulasi was confused by Dinakar's confused look in the morning, now she was a bit amused. The morning meeting was very personal for her but this one is not just her mistake. Yes she was careless but then even Dinakar's mom was careless too. And she can prove that she didn't take the bag on purpose. Otherwise there is no need for her to find this house and come here to return it back. All these thoughts went across Thulasi's mind in a flash and hence this time she was able to give a composed expression back to Dinakar.

Thulasi shifted her glance to the elderly person and said,
"Madam, I guess by mistake, I have taken your bag. Thank god you had kept your address in the bag. I am sorry for the inconvenience."

Thulasi voice was calm, polite and sweet. There was a pin drop silence in the place for a few seconds. Then, Dinakar's mother said,
"Thanks! I know you wouldn't have taken the bag purposely. Atleast I can judge people by their face" with a smile.

All three young people understood the message. While Thulasi and Uma smiled slightly, Dinakar's rage increased again.

"Mom, enough of all these nonsense... First check the amount and make sure that you have got the full money..."

Even before Thulasi can say something angrily, Dinakar's mother interrupted and said,
"That's ok Dinakar. You need not worry about this money..."

"Amma!!!"

"Yes Dinakar. This is not the right way of treating someone who has taken all the pain to find the address and return back the money. If she had taken the money, will she have the guts to face us directly???? I wonder how you are running your business now..."

Dinakar's face turned red in anger, he started saying something but somehow managed to keep his mouth shut. He gave a cold glance towards the smiling Thulasi and Uma and left the place without uttering a word. His mother kept looking at her son...

"Sorry madam. I guess your son is very angry. Thanks for believing me. But my apologies for this mess..."

"That's ok. Don't worry. He is always like that. Now stop calling me madam. I am still very young at heart. My name is Seetha. You can call me Seetha or Seetha amma. What is your name?"

"Sure, I will call you as Seetha amma. My name is Thulasi and this is my friend Uma..." said Thulasi with a big smile on her face.

Then Seetha, enquired about Thulasi and Uma. Though Thulasi was very tempted to talk about Krishna - Kavya love affair and Dinakar's interference, she decided against it. She didn't want to disturb Seetha.

After having Tea and snacks the friends decided to leave.

"Thanks Seetha amma for everything. But what your son said is also true. Please check the money atleast after we leave the place."

"That's ok Thulasi. I am not really in need of this money. We have more than enough of it. If you are in need of money and if you have taken it, I wouldn't bother about it instead I would be happy that it helped someone in need"

"You are a very different person amma. But now I can understand why your son is very much worried about you. It's so very easy to cheat you" said Thulasi winking her eyes.

"Oh! You think so?" said Seetha also with a smile.

While the friends stood up to start, Seetha asked them to wait for a few seconds and went inside. Meanwhile, Thulasi told Uma about Dinakar. Uma was very critical of him.

"See, he can be rich and famous... But how can he assume things about others? What does he know about us?"

"pch...." Thulasi's reply was interrupted by Dinakar's strong voice.

"I want to talk to you."

He said that looking at Thulasi. It was more of a command than a simple speech. While Thulasi stood confused, he continued,

"It's about your sister and Krishna..."
