Chillzee Recipes - Eggless Microwave chocolate cake - Rekha
Ingredients
All purpose flour / Maida - 1 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp.
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 3 tbsp.
Method
Mix sugar and milk and stir well until the sugar gets dissolved.
Mix all the dry ingredients well and sieve
Now mix the dry and wet ingredients
Add vanilla extracts and oil to the mixture
Finally add the lemon juice and give it a quick gentle stir
Grease the microwave dish and pour the batter into it. (Make sure that it has some room to rise)
Tap it to eliminate the possibility of any air bubbles
On high bake it for 5 minutes (Check, if needed bake it more)
Let the cake sit for 5 to 10 minutes
Frosting,icing and decorating is up to you You can either go to town on it or enjoy it as it is.
