Chillzee Recipes - Oats laddu - Sailaja

Ingredients

Oats - 1 cup

Semolina - 1/2 cup

Sugar - 1 cup

Ghee

Dry fruits - for garnish

Cardamon 5-6

Method

Add some amount of ghee in a pan and fry the oats and semolina in a medium flame, till it becomes brown.

Then transfer it to a plate and leave it to cool

Powder sugar along with cardamom

Once semolina and oats come to room temperature grind it to fine powder.

Take a bowl and add oats powder and sugar powder and mix well.

Then add roasted dry fruits and ghee to it.

Ghee helps in binding the powder and making laddu shape. So add enough amount of ghee to it.

Make different sizes of laddu as you wish.
