(Reading time: 7 - 13 minutes)

Still remember the follow ups for the final episode! I was away from my family then... And I actually stayed awake all night and finished it around 4am in the morning... Called Thenmozhi updated her and went to sleep!

I actually wanted to keep that un-edited final episode as a memento but unfortunately neither I nor others saved it :-(

I would like to thank each and every one for encouraging me ... Magi, Ponni, Anusha, Vadhana, Amutha Rajan, Sasirekha, Anu, Malathi Marianandhan, Jeny, Kokila Rajaram, Iniyaa, Aarthi B, Dan, Vazharmathi, Sandhya, Chandra, Ela, Shanmuga Priya Supriya and everyone else... Thanks for all those wonderful comments!

Do you know that I have saved all those comments in my PC? They are very precious to me :-)

Chillzee : That's a very small list :-) So you have saved only MVU comments?

Bindu : Nope, I have all my series and short stories comments saved in my PC :)

Chillzee : Oh! But tell us what triggered you to write MVU?

Bindu : Hmmm... I can't think of a specific reason for that. I don't have many friends since my college life, may be deep inside I had an empty space and that got translated as MVU :)

Chillzee : Oh ok... What about Kamban Emanthaan (KE)?

Bindu : KE is my most favorite story so far :-) That's so very special to me personally!

UKANChillzee : Is it? I remember that you mentioned about having a 'personal touch' in that story. Other than the B - V (Barathi – Vivek) lead pair, what was that personal touch?

Bindu : No, madam, it's too personal :-) I wouldn't have shared it if you had asked me offline, in a public forum a big NO :)

Chillzee : That's intriguing! So tell us why KE is so very special?

Bindu : Again I don't think I can give a specific reason :D

I like Barathi, Vivek and also Pavithra. Like the chemistry between Barathi and Vivek.

This is one story that I have read say more than 20 times! I really love it :-)

Chillzee : Yes, that's really a good story. But you didn't say anything like this for MVU or PP, why only KE?

Bindu : PP requires some editing :-) and frankly speaking, I haven't read MVU completely as a story! It was more like a spontaneous series! But KE is very different.

Chillzee : Different, like?

Bindu : Its different ;-)

Chillzee : Ok madam! It's very CLEAR!

Bindu : Ha ha ha! Sorry about that Shans! I like MVU characters, Indu, Veena, Geetha, Sanjeev, Rajeev, Archana and Kanchana. Same thing with PP but KE is more special to me!

Chillzee : Ok! What about Vilaketri vaikkiren (VV)? I know you started the series amidst lot of expectations from the readers!

Bindu : Yes, it is a sweet story. That's my other favorite story. But personally I liked VV upto 13th episode... Not very satisfied after that...

Chillzee : Seriously? I thought the story was very positive and too good!

Bindu : Yes, the story line was good! But I think I could have done it much better. There were lot of things going on here and I guess I was not really focused...

Now, I have made quite a few changes and it looks much better to me.

Chillzee :
Ok! Talking about publishing, how did you feel when you saw your first book?

Bindu : No, unfortunately I haven't physically seen any of my books yet. But yes that was another joyful moment in my life!

Chillzee : Tell us more about it.

Bindu : I think I can write a story about my first book experience :-)

I was not very sure whether it's a good idea to give a try to publish my story. I had completed both PP and MVU at that time. My husband was convinced that I should publish them! We used to have many funny conversations, debates on this topic. Finally, I told him that I will select three publishers and if none of them accept the story, we should drop the idea! Actually I had a very different idea in my mind and I selected three top publishers in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

My husband was the one who spoke to them and I should say I was a bit surprised and shocked when he shared me an email id and asked me to send my story to Mr. Venkatachalam :-)
I am very grateful to Mr. Venkatachalam for giving a golden opportunity to a budding writer like me.

Chillzee : I can understand that! So, I assume your book publishing experience is more or less like the book publishing scene in KE! Is it something to do with the personal touch?

Bindu : Hmmmmm! You can't get answers from me like that Shans. But a nice try though!
