After testing his patience for a long time finally Thulasi entered his room. As always she looked very beautiful… The silk sari and the few jewels made her look like a divine angel… She closed the door and looked at him with a smile… Her face was red… Dinakaran kept looking at her for a few seconds and then came near her and hugged her tight…
Thulasi was taken aback…
“Dinu, what are you doing?”
“You said I can do anything after marriage, so I am doing that now…”
“Dinu… Please…”
“Sorry darling, your time has run out… It’s my chance now…”
“Please Dinu… Atleast switch off the light…” said a shy Thulasi…
“No…”
“Please…”
He didn’t allow her to talk anymore… And Thulasi lost control of herself to her dear husband…
The next week Kavya and Krishna’s marriage took place in a grand manner as Thulasi had wished. Saradha’s heart was filled with joy… She was so very happy to see her daughters married…
Both Thulasi and Kavya were worried about their mother. Since Kavya will be travelling abroad, everyone tried to persuade Saradha to come and stay with Thulasi. But Saradha was very adamant… Finally Dinakaran tried his luck,
“Aunty, if you come and stay with us, it will be a great help for me…”
Everyone looked at him curiously while he continued…
“If you are with us, you can give company to my mom and thus relieve Thulasi from that duty… This will help me in many ways…”
He winked at Thulasi as everyone started laughing… As always Thulasi’s face turned red…
“Please aunty, help me aunty…”
“Oh… But Dinakar what will we do to this bungalow then?”
“Thulasi has a great plan for that aunty… We can use it for some charity purpose… We can start a free elderly home to take care of elderly people without any support…”
“We can also offer help to women and children who need support amma…”
“Thant’s a very good idea…” accepted Seetha and persuaded Saradha to accept it.
Finally Saradha gave in to their wishes.
Saradha, Thulasi, Dinakaran and Seetha gave an emotional sent off to Kavya, Krishna and Abirami… It was a tough situation and Seetha pacified Saradha while Dinakaran took care of Thulasi…
Dinakaran came and hugged Thulasi who was busy cooking in kitchen.
“Dinu, what’s up?”
“Nothing special darling… Come on let’s go to our room…”
“Pch… Don’t disturb me… I am busy…”
“But remember your words Thulasi? No restrictions after marriage…” Dinakaran again tried to imitate Thulasi’s tone…
“Hmmm… that’s true sir, but now I have added few addendum conditions to that…”
“What?”
“Yes sir… There are new rules like…”
“Stop, stop! Who gave you permission to alter the rule?”
“Who should give me permission? I am the person who owns the responsibility of framing rules…”
“Really?”
“You have any doubts? Can we check with Seetha amma?”
“No no way… We can check with aunty…”
“No way… Now go and work out in gym for some time… I will finish my cooking and call you…”
“Thulasi…”
“See Karan, it’s just you and me! And we have the full life ahead of us… So don’t worry I will call you in another few minutes…” said Thulasi with a wink.
Dinakaran smiled back and hugged his wife softly…
Yes it’s just going to be him and her… It’s going to be a great life together…
