Banana, Papaya, Honey, Almond, Aloe vera and Yogurt are very effective solutions for curing dry skin.
Almond mask
Soak five almonds in milk for few hours.
Remove the skin from almonds and grind them into a paste.
Apply in your face. And let it dry.
Clean and wash face using lukewarm water.
Do this twice a week for better results.
Aloe vera mask
Apply Aloe vera pulp in your face and neck.
Allow it to dry.
Wash with cold water.
In addition to moisturizing the dry skin, aloe vera also helps to prevent acne.
It's not a surprise that aloe vera is one of the key ingredient in most of the cosmetic skin products.
Yogurt banana mask
Mash up a ripe banana
Mix one tablespoon of yogurt to the mashed fruit paste
Mix well
Apply on face and leave it for 10 - 20 minutes
Wash it off with cold water.
Yogurt contains Vitamin B complex. It not just helps to moisturize skin but also helps to lighten age spots and sun damaged skin,
Papaya mask
Cut papaya into small pieces.
Add few drops of honey and a spoon milk.
Mash up the mixture an blend them well.
Apply on the face and neck. Leave it for 20 minutes.
Wash it off with water.
Papaya has abundant Vitamin A and C. Hence it helps to prevent / reduce wrinkles and dull skin.
Banana mask and Honey mask shared in episode # 4 are also very good solutions for dry skin.
