Subha gave a quick glance towards Baskar and his parents. They were busy talking with Jaya. Subha felt herself very cheerful apparently for no reason. She had not expected Baskar here.
She could sense the difference in him. He is a good man at heart, hopefully his real self will show up soon.
“Subha, everything is ready. It’s a go from you too, right?” asked Bharath in a hurried tone.
“Bharath, I have been looking for you everywhere. I need to talk to you” said Subha.
“Not now Subha. I am busy. Let’s talk after the concert” replied Bharath.
“No Bharath, I want to talk to you now. It’s important. I need just a few minutes”
“OK chime on” said Bharath
“It’s about Suji. Come with me, let’s talk in a quiet place”
Subha and Bharath went to the nearby reception desk, which was deserted at that time.
“Bharath, I need a sincere answer from you. Are you still interested in Suji?”
