“என்னதான் ஆச்சு சொல்லுங்களேன் . . நானும் தான் ஆபிஸ் போனேன் . . பெருசா எதுவும் பிரச்னை இல்லையே”
ஹால் சோபாவில் அமர்ந்தவர் “எனக்கு சாப்பாடு வேண்டாம் . . தனுஷ் வரும் வரை இங்கயே இருக்கேன். ” பிடிவாதமாக இருந்தார்.
“உன் தத்து பிள்ளையும் சரியில்ல . . . பெத்த பிள்ளையும் சரியில்ல” என்னும் முணுமுணுப்பு சாந்தி காதில் விழுந்தது.
புயல் உருவாகி கொண்டிருப்பது மட்டும் சாந்திக்கு புரிந்தது. அது பலவீனம் அடையுமா அல்லது சூறாவளியாகுமா என்பதை அவள் அறியாள்.
