Subha tried hard to come up with a new reason. But Baskar didn’t let her talk.
“From what I have seen, you are an excellent hard worker. I am sure your aspirations come true. In case you need any help from me, I mean Boss consulting, please feel free to contact Sarathy and let him know”
There was something in his voice that made Subha feel bad. She wanted to plead with him to let her work there. But her self-esteem rebelled against the idea.
She would never plead with him or for that sake with anyone!
Subha nodded her head to show that she accepted his words.
“Thank you sir. That’s really kind of you.“
“Good luck Subha. I am sure you will succeed in your life”
“Thank you for your wishes sir”
Subha left the room immediately without any further ado!
Baskar kept staring at the door as it slowly returned to its locked state. Will he get a chance to meet Subha again? He knew the answer to the question is a not a happy one.
