“புரியறமாதிரி சொல்லனும்ன்னா, ஆடியன்ஸ ஏமாத்த மேஜிசியன்ஸ் fake hand use பண்ணுவாங்க. அது பாக்க ஒரிஜினல் கை மாதிரியே இருக்கும். ஆனா ரப்பர்ல செஞ்சது. கைக்கு க்ளவுஸ் போடற மாதிரி அத போட்டுக்கலாம். நானும் அதுபோல ஒரு fake hand போட்டிருந்தேன். அவங்க கவனம் எம்மேல இல்லாத சமயமா பார்த்து அந்த fake hand டை கழட்டி படகுல போட்டிட்டு கடல்ல குதிச்சிட்டேன். “fake hand விரல்ல இருக்கிற மோதிரம் டைமர் பாம்.. அந்த மோதிரம் ஒரு டைம் பாமுங்கிற விஷயம் படகுல மாறுவதற்கு முன்னயே தெரியும். spy ரெகார்டர்ல ஒட்டு கேட்கும் போது ஸ்பானிஷ் உளறிட்டான். எனக்கு அன்பளிப்பா அவன் கொடுத்தது இப்ப அவனையே அழிக்க போகுது.
சொல்லிமுடிப்பதற்குள் பெரும் சத்தத்தோடு படகு வெடித்து சிதறியது.
முகேஷின் காதுக்குள் “கொய்ங்ங்ங்ங்” சத்தம் மூளையை தாக்க, அவன் தன் காதின் மேல் அணிந்திருந்த fake ear ஐ கழட்டி, உள்ளே மறைத்து வைத்திருந்த ரிசீவர் டிவைசை வெளியே எடுத்தான்.
“யோவ் உன் உடம்புல எந்த பார்ட்டுதான் ஒரிஜினல்” சிரித்தாள் தீபிகா.
“அது கெடக்கிட்டும் ....அந்தமான் ஜெயில்ல யாரோ V.I.B ய மீட் பண்ணனும்னு சொன்னீங்கிள்ள! நானும் கூட வரலாமா? என்றான்.
“அதுக்கு அவசியமே இல்லை”
“ஏன்”
நான் பேட்டி எடுக்க நினைச்சதே அந்த சமரதுன்காவைதான். நரகத்துல போய் அவன மீட் பண்ண யார்கிட்ட பெர்மிசன் வாங்கணும்ன்னு எனக்கு தெரியல” சிரித்தாள் தீபிகா.
நடுக்கடலில் படகோடு கடத்தல்காரர்கள் சொக்கப்பானமாக எரிந்து சாம்பலானதை ராணுவம் திகைப்போடு பார்த்தது.
வைஸ் அட்மிரல் கமேண்டரை தொடர்புகொண்டு சமரதுன்காவை உயிரோடு மீட்டாச்சான்னு கேட்க, “சார் என்னை மன்னிக்கணும், நம்ம போட்ட திட்டம் பலிக்கல” என்றார்.
“ஏன் என்ன ஆச்சு?”
"எல்லாமே முடிஞ்சு போச்சு..." என்றவனின் குரலில் சோகம் ஆனால் முகத்தில் மலர்ச்சி...!
