“I couldn’t understand how you do it, but you are really good at it. I can also vouch for it,” he continued in an unusual tone.
“I don’t know what you are talking about Baskar,” said a literally confused Subha.
“Kill them with kindness! Isn’t that what you do to people who hurt you? It sounds simple, but I don’t think it is easy to follow it religiously. You ace it all the time!”
There was something in the way he said that made Subha look at him.
“What is that supposed to mean Baskar?” She asked him directly.
“Come on Subha, you know the answer yourself.”
Subha stopped walking and gave a stern look at Baskar.
“No Baskar, I don’t know what you are talking about. Can you please explain?”
“Subha, that’s what you do all the time! Bavi was rude to you. Instead of reacting to her angrily, you respond back with kindness and make Bavi herself feel bad about herself.”
